In order to do this I followed the approach mentioned here: Įverything done as mentioned and now after rebooting the adapter doesn't even detect the networks. However, the networks got disconnected repeatedly from my WiFi as well as the mobile hotspot.Īfter a lot of googling I found that many users are having similar issues and it was sorted after updating the adapter's driver.
So, after installation I just plugged in the adapter in a USB port and it was working the networks got detected and I could use the internet. Unfortunately, I do not know a lot about troubleshooting Linux Debian issues but I am trying. I recently installed Mint Cinnamon 20 on my desktop.
